Flexible Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition

Reduce your size, relieve pain, and feel light again even with Lipedema

Discover How More Than a Thousand Women Achieved Changes with This Nutrition

Today we live in a context where stress, hormonal changes, and lack of time are part of everyday life. Whether there is a diagnosis of lipedema, PCOS, insulin resistance, or simply chronic inflammation, many women experience symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, difficulty losing fat, or constant body discomfort.

From my professional experience —and also as a woman living with lipedema— I have seen that the problem is rarely a lack of discipline. Many times, the body simply does not respond well to rigid plans that do not consider its hormonal, metabolic, and emotional context.

Flexible anti-inflammatory nutrition is not a strict diet or a temporary plan. It is a sustainable lifestyle, designed to help the body reduce low-grade inflammation and metabolic stress that accumulate when living in constant restriction.

The goal is not to control the body, but to support it.

What is this approach looking for?

In clinical practice, it is observed that when inflammation decreases, the body usually responds better to food and movement.

Although nutrition does not cure conditions such as lipedema or PCOS, it can support the improvement of symptoms related to inflammation, hormonal regulation, energy, and relationship with food in many women.

This approach starts from a simple but important idea: the body needs to feel safe to respond, not pressured.

The pillars of flexible anti-inflammatory nutrition

Consistency over perfection (16/21 rule)
Out of the 21 meals of the week, at least 16 are anti-inflammatory. The others allow flexibility for real life. This helps reduce the stress associated with restriction, which also influences inflammation.

Nutritional cycling
Carbohydrates and proteins are adjusted according to the time and the person. Although it is not a universal rule, in many women this approach helps avoid plateaus and promotes a more stable metabolic response.

Macronutrient balance
Sufficient protein, healthy fats, and moderate or low carbohydrates are prioritized, with an emphasis on foods rich in fiber, which support the microbiota and glucose regulation.

Foods that support the reduction of inflammation
Extra virgin olive oil, berries, vegetables, omega-3 seeds (chia and flaxseed), and herbs and spices such as turmeric, ginger, garlic, and cinnamon. Not as miracle solutions, but as habits repeated over time.

Foods recommended to reduce
Ultra-processed foods, refined sugar, gluten, and dairy, always in an individualized way. In consultation, it is common to observe improvement in digestive and inflammatory symptoms when reducing them in women with sensitivity.

A comprehensive approach
Rest, daily movement, and stress management are just as important as nutrition. Without these pieces, no plan is truly sustainable.

Designed for real women

This approach does not seek perfection or control. It is designed for women with busy schedules, hormonal changes, and bodies that have been pushed for years.

Flexible anti-inflammatory nutrition proposes a kinder, more informed, and sustainable way to care for the body, respecting the timing and needs of each woman.
