This is not me judging you, because I have been there too.
Many times you don't see changes in your body,
and it's not for lack of information.
You know you need to eat more protein,
cut back on ultra-processed foods, eat more vegetables
and be more consistent.
I am sure that if you open
your phone's gallery right now,
if you search your email,
or if you check your saved items
on Instagram or TikTok,
you will find a cemetery of good intentions.
Menus,
Downloaded PDFs,
Screenshots,
Saved Routines,
Recommended Supplements,
Recipes you said you were going to prepare,
And many ideas to get started.
You have the theoretical part pretty clear.
But even so…
you are still inflamed,
you are going up in pant sizes,
it is getting harder and harder for you to move,
your legs feel heavy,
and your body seems not to respond like it used to.
And here is the point:
Knowing what to eat is one thing.
Being able to apply it in your real life is another.
Because one thing is saying:
"I am going to eat more anti-inflammatory."
And something very different is doing it
on a Tuesday at 7 pm,
tired, stressed,
with leg pain,
with a thousand things to do
and zero desire to cook.
That is why information alone
is not enough.
As long as that information
stays on your phone
and does not make it to your plate,
inflammation,
leg pain,
heaviness
and pant sizes
are unlikely to change.
And believe me, I
have been there too.
Just because I am a nutritionist doesn't mean that
I don't have to eat the same food as you,
or work on the same habits so that inflammation does not control my life.
Just because I am a nutritionist doesn't mean that
I don't have days of tiredness, cravings, things to do, or zero desire to cook.
And this is the uncomfortable part that almost no one wants to hear.
Women with lipedema
love to research.
We are experts in our condition.
But reading about anti-inflammatory nutrition does not reduce inflammation.
Executing it does.
And execution almost always fails because:
we try to do it alone,
improvising on the fly,
when we are already tired,
inflamed, in pain, or overwhelmed.
Knowing what to eat is not enough.
You have to see if you are able to apply it.
If it is reducing your symptoms.
If it is bringing back your energy.
If it is helping you reduce sizes and inflammation
Or if it needs to be adjusted.
Because sometimes the problem is not that
"the diet doesn't work for you".
Sometimes the problem is that no one has helped you to
adapt the strategy to your body and your real life.

You don't need another diet.
You don't need another PDF that stays saved.
You don't need another list of forbidden foods.
You don't need to try to do it perfectly
for three days and then leave it all because it became impossible.
You need a process.
Where you can organize what you already know,
apply it realistically,
review what is working,
adjust what isn't
and move forward without feeling that everything depends on your willpower.
Step by step.
For the time necessary so that
your body starts to respond.
With structure, support, and adjustments.
Not so that you depend on a nutritionist
or a diet forever.
But so that you finally understand what works for your body,
how to organize yourself, and how to sustain it without constantly punishing yourself.
